About SpartanNash, History and Headquarters Information
The Grand Rapids Wholesale Grocery Company was founded in 1917. It changed its name to Spartan Stores a few years later and also changed to profit from cooperative. The company was formerly known as Spartan Stores, Inc. and changed its name to SpartanNash in November 2013. It is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
SpartanNash is an American grocery distributor. It is considered as the sixth largest food distributors serving military commissaries and exchanges in the United States. The whole business consists of distributing food to military commissaries through their MDV division, independent grocers, and corporate-owned retail stores which are operated across the globe in 44 states, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. With its expansion, it now runs 142 retail stores located in ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, MI, OH.
They provide their customers with quality products, whenever and however they want. This company has numerous retail banners such as Dan’s Supermarket, D&W Fresh Market, Econofoods, Family Fare, Family Fresh Market, Forest Hills Foods, Fresh City Market, Martin’s Super Markets, No Frills, SunMart, Supermercado Nuestra Familia, ValuLand and VG’s. After acquiring Caito Foods and BRT, it easily manages to bring high-quality products and fresh protein-based meals and snacks.
I’m just wondering if you really know why people are leaving #3123? Seems like you’re not concerned at all. The store director has told a lot of the employees that there are to many OLD PEOPLE there. He is not a people person & plays major favoritism with the men. Call & ask the employees that have left. Not to mention the store looks & is in horrible shape!!!
I have asked for over 2 months for store 3874 to replace the American flag they have flying outside of the store its is completely unacceptable and to me as a veteran who has had many friends come home under that flag the flag is tattered and torn and needed replaced ASAP. I was told by the store director almost a month ago it would be fixed in 2 days it still Flys as it did 2 months ago it would be better to have no flag than the one that Flys there now, first complaint number 1799335
