    I have spoken to your company customer services in Florida every month at least one time or more sence August 2020 when I became a customer.
    Although most are very friendly and easy to talk to, their lack of knowledge (according to your retention department) had both cost me a great deal of waisted time, monies and stress. And cost you a lifetime customer and future positive recomendations. I have never been mislead and minupilated, nor spoken to in such a condescending manner in my life time. Your Florida personell have sincerly privided the very worst experience I have ever had in my life time. In addition the inner office passing of blame and sheer lack of customer or work relations is unprecedented. Just Horrible.
