About Souplantation Sweet Tomatoes, History and Headquarters Information

Souplantation and sweet tomatoes are two sides of the same coin. Outside of Southern California they operate as sweet tomatoes. Souplantation has been a place of creation, from the inception of a restaurant concept down to the very meals our guests are able to make using the farm-fresh menu items of our salad bar and buffet.

Souplantation began their journey in 1978 in San Diego, where two California surfers had a vision to create a healthy place to eat where possibilities were endless. They decided they wanted to open a restaurant full of options that used the freshest fruits and vegetables, plus soups and baked goods made from scratch, all following homemade recipes bursting with flavor. Not only would this restaurant be a place to eat, but also a place where the farm meets the table and families gather for a healthy dining experience all its own.

The restaurant provides services related to the food items in which it is dealing such as soups, salads, pastas, bakery items and fresh fruits. So, the main two services that are being provided by Souplantation are On The Go convenient carriable trays of food and catering for any party that the customer desires.

I find it unacceptable that the ice cream machine was broken in the Altamonte Springs Florida restaurant on 2/1/20 at 9:14 pm. I feel guest should be given an automatic 25% off their bill this inconvenience. My desert is my primary reason for visiting the restaurant.

  • Teresa Clement says:

My Senior Vice President called an audible and changed meeting from our office in SW Portland OR to someplace in Happy Valley OR. I called your restaurant near Clackamas Town Center and spoke to Rob Croskney and explained what our needs were as there were only going to be 4 in attendance. 3 would be only drinking coffee and one would actually be eating.

He was VERY welcoming! I let my SVP know. She was delighted. What is most important is that Rob checked on us while we were there. Big smile and we all felt great that he took time out to see to our comfort. Please let him know that we appreciated his concern. I believe my SVP will want to use your restaurant again in the near future. Sincerely, Teresa{terry} Clement 602-500-9925

  • Elizabeth Chouinard says:

We visit frequently this restaurant.cost us $25.00 was very disappointed the soup was cold minestrone soup had almost nothing in it except large peices of cabbage. There was few muffins about four blueberry and same for dry hard chocolate. The bowls of pasta were empty. The cobbler was so sweet unable to eat as others mentioned the same. The ready made salads were soggy droopy.Well what do you think this was 5pm dinner hour. What a waste of money. As seniors we did not get discounted because it was week end.Could be reimbursed for what we spent
