    After eight years of experiencing awesome service and products from Sonos , my recent service experience was bad enough to forget about the the returned item and promised replacement, to now being told the Move is out of warranty, but they’ll give a 30% discount to reselect.

    Three months of waiting, three months of endless phone calls that result with ‘no contact’ because of poor phone protocol!

    And finally a reversal of my claim determination from being exchanged to out of warranty…. Three months later!

    I threatened your representative this morning with legal and social media recourse on my part, but that is not who I am. I’m the guy that gets a terrible meal at a high end restaurant, pays and tips, but never goes back!

    Goodbye… once upon a time you were very special!
