    It was a pleasure to read the same comment I made about the quality of the product has gone way down. I love all of the many pillows I have bought from them in the last 5-6 years. What arrived were lumpy stuffers, wrong size stuffers , and putting these artist’s work into a low grade product is an insult.
    Then they make sure you know you will not get anything back for original shipment. And to add to the issue, you have to pay to return it as well. And last, they have a ton of info that you need to fill out . Only
    companies who pay to ship in at least one direction should ask those kind of questions. They want marketing feedback , but they don’t pay for shipping in either direction like other successful e commerce companies do.

    I am simply sending the return to their headquarters … they can open the package and see the quality
    of their own

    This company is such a fake I ordered pillows That was supposed to look like mirrors and they send me some kind of cloth stuff I am so mad I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they have no legitimate phone number to respond to you.

    Really so sad. My original purchases were great quality. Not anymore. I feel ripped off and will let everyone know about the poor quality you now provide and the inability to talk to anyone about it other than through emails, over and over again. You did replace my orders, but the problem persisted. There is no satisfaction.

    The pillow I ordered appeared to be made of a woven material. When I received it, I was disappointed that it was only a print on a smooth fabric.

    Shame on you Society 6! I just received my “Moroccan” pillow and it is a cheap, synthetic print of the design on your website. I waited 10 days to receive it and there was no information about returns or any way to contact customer service to register my dissatisfaction. I will never order anything from you again

    I ordered a shirt and it is defective. The side seams are puckered and do not lay flat. I filled out a request for a return form and received a reply from Kevin asking if I wanted a replacement. No, I want a credit. The reply form that Kevin provided for my reply didn’t go through. I tried several times but the links didn’t work. Please issue my credit as soon as possible.

    Advertised that I would get an extra money and 30% off of anything on the website including what has already been promoted, which happen to be 20%. So, it should have been 20 to 30% off of the 20%. I contacted them And received a response of How they negotiated a special offer of 30% off. Which I already had a kind of upsets me that I can’t speak to anybody regarding this transaction I would love to make because I absolutely love the bath rug And would love to from moat and contribute to the artist but I not going to be subject to false advertising

    Didn’t get my order. Thanks for nothin. I dont think I wanna tell my cousin who is a social influencer anything till we resolve this. But if u dont, the gloves come off. If u dont contact me back in a timely manner I will call my bank and let them know there is a fraudulent charge and from what company. You have been ignoring me and that’s not gonna happen.
