    I was just at the Springfield location and the woman working the bar pulled a fast one and took $20 from me acting like she handed me correct change then had an attitude, I think she was drunk, maybe high or something. I won’t be back and I do not recommend it.

    I visited the smoky bones in Chesapeake va during the funeral of a relative. After driving 7 hours we just wanted some good food. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait. I gave the hostess my name and number. After 3 hours I called only to be told that she called and I didn’t answer. What a lie! I sent a complaint to corporate and I’m still waiting on a response. Tried calling corporate and the number is invalid. Called a store 1 hour away and the manager refused to talk to me and see if he had a working number. Poor management and corporate. People are trying to give you business and this is how your company treats us. Some closings have nothing to do with covid but everything to do with disrespect

    I need a contact for Corporate office because the one online isn’t working and I’m trying to redeem a certificate that was mailed to me in 2020 and it had no expiration date on it and the right thing to do is still honor it because of a messed up order in the past regardless when I use it since indeed it doesn’t have an expiration date. I’ve been through surgery and the loss of two sons and I feel the date shouldn’t hender SmokyBones from honoring my $20 certificate.
    Please assist.

    My husband went to the Springfield Illinois Smokey and ordered the buy one get one boneless wings. They did not give him that. When we called to explain to them the mishaps.. the manager got smart with my husband on the phone and got my husband all upset in which threw him into one of his Epilepsy episodes. We will never recommend this place anymore. This is not the first time this place has gotten our food wrong. One time while dining in.. we witnessed the workers drinking from the bar while still on the clock. The bathrooms could be updated.. It’s sad that out of all the Smokey’s Restaurants we have went too.. this is the worst one. We spend a lot of money at this place but the manager there has pushed things to the limit. He better be lucky my husband is at him now recovering from getting thrown into an epilepsy episode. I wish I could throw up all the food we ever ate from this place and get my hundreds of dollars back. We will never step foot In this place again and will not recommend this place to no one period. Go clean up that establishment before it’s too late. People work hard for their money and should not have to put up With the mess and disrespect at this restaurant!

    Hello headquarters. My name is Ms.Rollins I was in one of your restaurants here in Chattanooga Tn this evening. I’m complaining about my food today. For 1 it took forever to get my food after I order it. 2.Other customers came in after me and got there food before me.3 when I got my food it was cold. 4 I had order some food to for my sister when she got ready to eat her dinner the supposed to be a loaded bake potato was nothing but a dey up potato with cheese and butter. This is not acceptable. They need to be trained on how to treat there customer. I paid to much much money for this meal.

    I was robbed by Christine a server at the Virginia Beach location on thanksgiving day at 4:44 pm came back to the table saying they didn’t have two item we ordered. Asked her to take those off we didn’t get she gave me a bogus receipt and charged my bank that and even more totaling $101.00 plus the tip . KARMA CHRISTINE AND CREW KARMA !

    Why not use something other than Styrofoam boxes for diners taking their uneaten portion of food home to refrigerate? There`s no need to keep the food warm and the containers go to a landfill because they can`t be recycled. Step up and be green. Lead the way! We enjoyed our dinner at the Tarentum Pa. location by the way.
