I reactivated my account. 40.00 a month. Apparently somehow a “bundle” was activated for 214.00. This bundle was for NBA. I DONT like basketball, I would not pay for a basketball bundle so I would love to know how this got activated instead of the 40.00 plan. Then 2 employees are going to tell me sorry nothing we can do. You can’t get your money back. This happened just a few hours ago.. let’s not forget this is not what I signed up for to begin with. Neither employee would let me speak to a supervisor, give me a name or number of someone higher. Even after they said they could not help me, they refused. One even said she didn’t have the corporate number. Where did customer service go. Is sling making that much money now they can screw people over and don’t care or is this how they train their employees? Either way sling needs to seriously re-evaluate their customer service!!!
I’m 70 years old and not savvy with technology, I ordered sling orange yesterday and I’m not happy with the content, not worth 40.00. I would like a refund as paying for a product that I found lacking is not right. I’m told that I can’t have a refund so I lose 40.00 out of my pocket. I would like a refund
