I purchased a new box springs and mattress from Sleep Outfitters Georgetown Ky. Monday 2/2/22. The new mattress arrived soaking wet and stained on one whole end. The delivery men had already thrown my old mattress outside on the ground. The delivery men then left wet, stained mattress hanging off the end of footboard. They said they would take it back when new mattress came in. Tim the Manager of Georgetown store says possibly 2/26/22 before new mattress arrives but no guarantees. Tim said he could ask about a loaner mattress but no promises. I told Tim wet mattress needed to be removed from my house on 2/09/22. I was told wet stained mattress would be removed Saturday 2/12/22. Tim offered no time frame for removal. I basically paid $1600 to have a wet , stained nasty mattress delivered in my home and my old mattress to be hauled away. I unfortunately paid by check and the money has been withdrawn from account.
