My unit is paid for but I do not have access to my unit. I spoke with someone earlier today and the lock is still on and it is after hours. This is a enormous inconvenience!
My locker was burglarized as well in NY manager at my unit very rude cannot get in touch with anyone in headquarters filled out a police report. Manager at unit said I did not fit the profile.

I am in Memphis Tennessee. My locker has been burglarized too many times. My locker was wide open for maybe three months. People took what they wanted. They began throwing trash in front of the open locker with my clothes and personal items. I had never had access to the locker, my code never worked, I explained this to the attendant on the property, my code still didn’t work. It is a known fact that very very seldom anyone is working the property. My locker is still open. The whole lock piece is still broken. As if they want someone to take my belongings.
SErvice at Ormond Beach-Yonge ST. a joke. I have complained 3-4 times over the past year about replacing a bad light in my hall and fixing the loose switch which operates it. Now, a rat has knocked over my Damp-Rid container spilling all over the floor and under my very expensive hall bench, ruining one leg. I won’t even bother to complain about the rats since all I get is LIP SERVICE and no results.

I currently have 2 storage units and the manager overcharged me for an additional month I did not need nor asked to rent. She have yet to apologize. She stated that only the GM can issue a refund. I am very disappointed in the service of your establishment. I have been trying to reach the local store (Olive Branch—nothing but run around and not answering my question), District Manager, Mike and Corporate Office in which I’ve called and left a voicemail message three times with no returned phone call. Mike has yet to return my phone call or text in the past 2 weeks. Please contact me as I am only asking for a refund.

Another displeased customer from Memphis TN. It appears the same complaints continue with this company. No one is ever in the office to conduct business in order to avoid late fees etc. The clock on the door is a big……joke. They just make up times when they will return to the office and no one ever return your phone calls when you leave a message. It is sad that this company is able to raise fees when they can. You are getting nothing extra for the raised fees. It is a miracle to find a live person in the offices now. How are they able to legally operate this way? Dissatisfied Customer
I have a storage building in Ardmore, OK that I rent from you. It was broken into (bolt cut) about 8 weeks ago. No one called me when it happened I drove by and saw it. The lady at the desk said she knew but was busy. Police report was filed and here we are 8 weeks later and they still haven’t replaced the locking mechanism. Lady in office said she can’t help me, but she can keep charging me full price for a nonsecure storage. This is not the service I signed up for. Someone please contact me.
My name is Deanna Carr i have a unit on Watkins, I fell behind due to Covid and lost of job so i pay as I can.I understand thats not there problem but i have been trying.When i go to the storage to make payments when i have a ride and the money there is always a sign on the door,nobody is in unless they send someone from another store, i had to put rat and roach traps down because they are eating threw my bags in my dresser there were mice droppings ,roaches getting in my things because the mice or rats has ate holes in my things.i saw three mice before i could open my unit. i saw a man literally living out of his unit across from my unit,the gates works when it wants to like the staff.I understand one late fee but to charge a late fee everyweek on top of the original late fee is highway robbery.I have been calling for over 2 weeks to resolve my issue and nobody has called or anything then when they do if you not trying to pay the whole thing they hang up.then they charge 6.00 just to pay over the phone.My bill was 81.00 they took off 101.68 off my card so I will never pay by phone again and still nobody could tell me why.Now they trying to put my things up for auction this shit is crazy.tried to pay online it keep kicking me out when i enter my info so …..?????i cant put a 30 day notice in until i pay the full balance but then boof another fee hits.then they have nerve to go up on storage fees to 101.00 a month its like i can never catch up.I need help.Hell let me work in the office and i know you can get paid on time and maybe everyone else can too.

I have a storage unit in Memphis Tennessee at the Thomas Street location and my unit is infested with mice. I have several items that have destroyed including items belonging to my deceased husband. I have reached out to corporate over a month and a half and no one has returned my calls. I have spoken with the manager at that location several times she claims that she’s reached out to management as well still no response. I do not recommend this company for your storage needs your items are not protected.
I have a storage unit since 2016. Today I paid late, like many others, I sit at home because of the coronavirus. Money is tight. I felt deeply ashamed when I saw that they charge me a $20 late fee. I felt ashamed that I am working with a company like this. Well, I will change this as soon as I will be able to. When others help, when volunteers like me sew facemasks, they charge you a hefty late fee. I am not even mad, just very saddened.
