I owned two Simms collapsable wading sticks.
When I was fishing in Dillon, CO last year, the retaining ball dislodged causing me to fall. I contacted a Customer Service Representative and sent him pictures of the failure. I never heard back!
I am sure I can dig up the correspondence if it is needed.
The same failure occurred on another stream in Colorado several years ago. I notified Simms and the staff was immediately replaced with no questions asked.
I am a good customer and an avid fisherman.
I am confident something can be worked out.
