Where is Simmons Bedding Company Corporate office Headquarters

I believe many people make the mistake of not ensuring they get the correct mattress for them. Its even harder for couples because peoples sleep needs vary. Taking the time to research and go to a mattress store where you can try several out is the only way to know if it will work for you. Even top of the line mattresses can be the wrong sleep fit for some people. Money doesnt buy sleep!

We purchased a Beautyrest Black mattress from Sam’s Furniture, thought it was going to be great! WRONG!!!
It was so uncomfortable. We called Sam’s Furniture and also talked to customer service at Simmons! NO HELP!!! Most other mattress companies offer a time to try it out like 100 days, not this company! We spent almost $4000.00 on mattress and adjustable bed frame that is the worst mattress we have ever owned! They said our mattress was used, so no returns! Well I would NEVER RECOMMEND BEAUTYREST MATTRESS! We bought a $300.00 topper to help us sleep, but that still is not good!. Yes our mattress is used but they would be better off to make sure that the customer was happy with the mattress, instead of having customers like me that made a public review on how bad Beautyrest is! WASTE OF MONEY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD MATTRESS!

Devastated and pissed! Worst customer service! Denied lit warranty claim with no explanation! Working with the BBB and Attorney Generals Office!

Are Disabled people insufficient to Simmons Beautyrest? Are Disabled people’s suffering irrelevant to Simmons Beautyrest and insufficient?

I Am DISABLED Mattress is 2 yrs old obviously defective I submitted all paperwork however Simmons Beautyrest refuses to honor warranty on a defective Mattress.

Very disappointed in treatment from bug major companies. Won’t allow me my choice of which bed I choose. After months of back and for. They decided to replace mattress. However,not the one I choose. Never shop with these terrible people. Worst company I ever had to deal with

My wife and I attempted to call direct to the 855-570-7125. We were attempting to purchase a beautyrest product during the 4th of July sale timeframe. That number patched us through to an factory outlet store where a very rude and unprofessional sales person proceeded to argue with my wife and try to tell her that the sale was over and she would have to pay a much more expensive price. She explained that she was not interested in the new seal he was trying to make and hung up. That same person called my wifes phone 5 times and proceeded to swear at her and become belligerent. I then answered her phone and told them not to call again. The man became argumentative and told me I had to deal with them. Their claims were that they were direct from beautyrest company. My wife and I have always liked your company’s products but that individual makes us not want to deal with your companies product
