My 9 year old loves your store but we will definitely not return after today. They already refused to refund my money back in March after they double charged me and yes I still have the proof. But today they were rude disrespectful and belligerent to every customer. On the way out one of the employees that was not involved in any of it told me he was surprised no one has called corporate because this happens every day!!! Definitely not good for business. I will shop elsewhere where employees are not cussing at customers and just being DISRESPECTFUL. This is not ok and Im going to file a complaint. In the future I hope you employ better employees and management. The employee also said that management and upper management was in the back of store.
