The Warehouse sent me a different watch. Now I have to wait over 2 hours to speak to Customer Service just to get a free return label
SHOPHQ has the worst customer service. I placed an order online on 10/3/2022. Order # 155286312. Prior to me placing order I changed my order to reflect my new address. On 10/5/2022 I contacted SHOPHQ with concerns of tracking information I saw online showing my order was going to my old address. I spoke with customer service who assured me that my order was shipped to my new address.
On 10/8/2022 I tracked my order and to my surprise the carrier (UPS) indicated that order was left at front door of my previous address which is in another state.
I contacted customer service which took me hours to speak to someone. After explaining why I was all calling, your representative immediately told me that there wasn’t anything that they could do. This RESPONSE is totally UNACCEPTABLE.
I sent email which was responded to and provided case 37298366 and told that I have to wait 15 business days for a refund. WHAT? WHY? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I have called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no supervisor was available for 72 to 96 hours???????
I was also told it was my fault because I changed my address online. REALLY?????
SHOPHQ customer service SUCKS!!!! When I get this issue resolved I will never shop with you again EVER….
I share your frustration. ShopHQ double charged my credit card for the same item back in August. 60 days later, numerous phone calls with the same lame line of someone getting back to me in 72-96 hours which they NEVER do and still no refund. I even sent copies of my credit card statement. I’m with you…when this gets resolved I will NEVER shop with them again and I will spread the word!
THEIR “CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT” IS NON EXISTENT!

Your company has refused to issue refund for items returned. Every time I call, and provide detailed information am told that someone will call back and nobody does. All I need is refund; I do not understand how you can issue refund for some items and not all, even though all were in the same package. I need for someone to respond asap or will contact Better Business Bureau. I will be contacting the executive staff if I do not get any response soon.
Please let me know when you can get ahold of someone at the executive level. I have been waiting over 60 days to receive a 25% discount when I opened my shophq card and still have not received it. I’ve made countless calls and spoke with countless reps who have stated you don’t have to worry give it 3-5 day , I’ve been waiting 60 and still nothing. These people cannot conduct business in this manner.
