  • Michael Jeanette says:

I find it very shameful when contacting by phone. Number has been disconnected. I was one of the youngest managers back in the 70’s. Now I call and some company is trying to hustle my credit card. Why won’t someone in corporate contact me. I knew Ray Sanders back in the 80’s.

  • Michael Parrish says:

The shonys in Branson the food was hard, cold. The waitress was rude, and overcharged us.

  • Romeo Hachez says:

My most recent experience was at the Shoney in Gadsden Al. 05/19/2022 at 12:08 our drinks came and we began at the buffet after a few bites my wife noticed the rim of her glass looked a little rough like maybe chips on the edge so she picked up her napkin to feel the glass and something came off so she ran the napkin around the rim and it was no longer rough [ it was a dull lipstick ] . Now we hadn’t been to shoneys for about 3 months we saw one of the buffet attendants wiping the edges of the buffet food containers with a rag that looked like it was used on the floor , then dumping what she just wiped off into the food containers. Will give you another few months before we attempt to revisit shoneys.

  • Annette R Driver says:

Went to shoneys in Clarksville Tn was worst experience ever (we go here frequently) food was cold, service was negligent at best, server put our check on table before we ever received our food, and drink refills had to be asked for. It will be hard for me to go back to this restaurant in the future.

  • Vanessa MandLl says:

My husband and I went to your Cartersville, GA location today. What a disappointment! Today being Christmas, there was a sign advertising ham and turkey and all the trimmings for $14.95 and your drink was additional. After we ordered our drinks and proceeded to the bar, I have never seen such disgusting food. It definitely was not ham and turkey and the trimmings. It was a pot roast, potatoes and carrots that had not been cooked long enough, fried chicken, butterfly shrimp that was rubbery, mac & cheese that looked like a box of store brand noodles & cheese, instant potatoes and gravy, soups that looked old, fried catfish, greens that weren’t done, and nothing else! It was the worst food I have ever eaten. The cook came out of the kitchen, went through the line, and sat down at a table and ate in the dining room. The waitresses were wearing leggings and a fleece top and no identification. Our whole experience was a hot mess! When I asked for a comment card, the girl who checked me out didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. $40 for food I wouldn’t have given to my dog. Never again thank will I grace the doors of a Shoney’s restaurant. False advertising, lousy food, unprofessional staff, way over priced.

  • Marvin Vealy says:

Could not eat at your restaurant after driving 11/2 hours with my family of 10 people, Due to other customers eating with a Dog at the table inside the restaurant. The workers touching the dog and continue working around the hot food buffet.

  • Doug Daugherty says:

I am filing a complaint about our Shoneys in Owensboro Ky. I love the restaurant & the servers & don’t have any major complaints with the managers other than they play the music so loud you have to almost shout at the person you’re eating with to be heard. I have heard many others complain about it as well.

  • George long says:

Very upset with your shoney’s in Lenoir City Tennessee today this morning at 7:40 a.m. your eggs was overcooked it even had dark places frying pan burn I would call it I asked the lady at the bar that what’s wrong with the eggs and she said that the cook has an attitude this morning something I really didn’t need to know secondly I would have to wait until my credit card statement comes in but the waitress did not give me a receipt I will email you back when I get evidence that I did I was there today very unhappy with the breakfast bar the conditions and the looks of the scrambled eggs was absolutely terrible.

  • Pamela Northcutt says:

My Husband and I visited Shoney’s in Pigeon Forge for dinner last night (8/21/2021). Ordered the hot food/salad bar. Advised the waitress after we got our food that the meat was dried out , the slaw tasted soured and overall not a good meal (and definitely not for the $14 price for each of us). She cleared our mostly full plates from the table and said she would advise the manager. He never came to our table. When he came to the cashier table after we told cashier about our meal he was rude and said there was nothing he could do about it. We’ve never eaten at a Shoneys with food like this. We left there hungry and went somewhere else to get something. Always were pleased before. I may also note that he was the one who seated us and wasn’t even welcoming then. No smile – nothing even said to welcome us. Someone like him hurts a business. We won’t be going back there. Just wanted to report this experience to you.

  • J. T. Taylor says:

I travel for my job, my wife and I stoped in at shoneys at Franklin Tn for breakfast 7/16/19 7 am, every booth seats ragged floors was dirty. Order off menu food came cold, check came was $ 18.55 so we decided just to leave but what took the cake I need to go to restroom no door on commode and the urinal was beside it . The place is a disgrace to Shoneys

  • Cheryl Powell says:

Why is your music so uncomfortably loud.
