I was in the Prattville store yesterday and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I went straight to the men’s 🏬 and was approached by a young lady named Liz. She was very attentive to what I was looking for. She showed me 3 different atyles of the shoe I was wanting. I told her I wanted something that doesn’t make me feel like and old man but I needed arck support, something with good cushion and a shoe I could wear all day.. she said come with me over here to the brooks and hokas. She told me that foot doctors recommend either of rhose shoes. I tried on two different styles of each. Liz was amazing, she has the very best intention to get customers exactly what they need. She not just trying to sell and make a buck. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. Hoka and brooks, she told me that she owns a pair of each and loves them. I will be back to see Liz next time me or anyone in the family needs shoes. She truly knows how to treat a customer. She’s the best I’ve ever encountered when it comes to customer service!

I was in the Montgomery store today . I walked around for 45 minutes . I spoke to a lady that worked there ( Malinda I think ) she wouldn’t even acknowledge that I spoke to her twice . She never asked me if I needed help or anything . I told her that if she didn’t want to talk to me that it’s fine .I asked if she liked working there . She sked why I would ask that . I asked her name and she showed me her name tag . Very cold ! The young lady at checkout was very nice . I never saw any employees helping customers . I will take my business elsewhere !

Why aren’t there coupons of 20% off in our Tallahassee Democrat paper anymore? I was told your company bought out Shoe Carnaval, is this cooperate greed? Use to get a great bargain at your store, guess I will have to shop elsewhere.
