I worked for y’all and the Stuttgart AR store has to be the worst Jessica the district manager has no regard to anybody but herself and will lie to get what she wants
The workers at shoe department encore at the Southern Park Mall in boardman Ohio are the rudest most disrespectful employees I’ve ever came across, along with the store manager Joyce, she’s disrespectful and mean. She called the customers the B word when she gets mad, she tells them to get the f*** out of HER store and so many other things. I will be telling people NOT to shop there again!
My experience at the silver lake mall store on Coeur d’Alene, ID still has me seething 24 hours later. They hold a policy that more expensive shoes shouldn’t be tried on due to too many issue with theft. Not knowing this I asked for them to retrieve the other shoe from the back for my daughter to try on and was asked very rudely “well are you going to buy them” I said if they fit that was the plan and questioned them. They proceeded to supervise us and then when I repeated their policy to another customer who overheard and asked me I was told to leave the store for “speaking like that” ie repeating what they had literally just said to me. After I left the store they harassed my daughter and complained as a group to her about me. This is despicable.
Nikki the employee at Oak Park Mall is racist and the video is spreading of what happened at your department. Do better.
I enjoy shopping in your stores. I am a frequent shopper whom spending lot of money each visit. I am really disappointed with my last visit, the cashier was lacking customer service skills. She never greeted me nor asked if I needed help. She stared at me several times.
Not only am I a frequent shopper but also an Army Veteran. After this experience I would not visit your stores in any of the locations nor advise my friends and family to.

I ordered some shoes about 3 weeks ago and still have not received them they said to call UPS with my email address and of course UPS told me that you need a tracking number and this I do not have you need to call me 575-704-4871
Very concerned about the selling of jobs through Boardman oh store apparently started over theft trying to replace that and asst names like Cancilla Palange Van Buren WeikelLeonard former McCarthy former Stark and more could be up to lake Erie and Jacksonville FL Hall relatives more all addicts and active on preventing any problems over Wauthier another name
