I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN LIVING ENTIRELY ON SOCIALSECURITY. I AM DISABLED AND NOT ABLE TO DO OWN SHOPPING, NOR DO I HAVE ANYONE ON THIS EARTH TO HELP ME. THEREFORE, WHY DO YOU ALLOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE TO LIE, BE RUDE & DEMEANING TO CLIENTS???? GROCERIES ORDERED & PAID FOR DELIVERY 2PM TODAY. NO SHOW. SUPPOSEDLY PUBLIX PINNACLE POINT CLOSED. NOT TRUE. NEXT DELIVERY 4PM TODAY NOT TRUE. CUSTOMER SERVICE BELEVE IT TO BE FUNNY AS THEY WERE ALL LAUGHING IN BACKGROUND. 1ST TIME MAN HUNG UP ON ME. 2ND WAS TOLD DELIVERY WOUL BE SATURDAY. LEFT ON HOLD, 3RD TIME I HUNG UP IN DISGUST. JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM TRAVON WHO WAS AT STORE. ONE HALF OF ORDER NOT IN STOCK. IT IS END OF FRIDAY. THEY RESTOCK TONIGHT FOR WEEKEND TOLD HIM TO DELIVER TOMORROW AS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THAT DAY. HE SAID NO. CANCELLED ORDER. NOW YOU HAVE MY LIMITED FUNDS & I HAVE NO GROCERIES AND I SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH THIS?
I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST SHIPT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ALABAMA, NORTH CAROLINA AND CALIFORNIA, ALSO WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. AND WITH PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES FIRM.
THE ONLY SHOPPERS SO FAR THAT I APPRECIATE IS KAYLA AND/OR MATTHEW. HOWEVER BECAUSE IT WAS SOMETIME AGO I GAVE KAYLA 5 STARS FOR PREFERRED SHOPPER, THEY NO LONGER ALLOW HER AND TOLD ME TO SIGN HER UP FOR PREFERRED SHOPPER. WHY. WHY IS MAIN OFFICE LYING & WHY ENCOURAGE SHOPPERS TO LIE. IS THIS THE WAY YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS. WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL BE BEFORE I GET MY MONEY BACK, OR IF I DO. DO HOPE YOU ARE NOT CHARGING ME FOR THIS MAJOR FIASCO. AGAIN, I AM DISABLED, UNABLE TO GET AROUND ANDI DO HOPE ALL CONCERNED WERE HAPPY WITH TAUNTING SOMEONE WITH DISABILITIES.
I definitely feel your issue. I’m still trying to get a refund from a week ago. And these agents keep disconnecting chat. It’s frustrating
ALMOST AS BAD HERE! People are sent from 40 miles away–REFUSE to offer the order to my preferred shopper for MONTHS. I get food that is inedible—IF I GET IT AT ALL! They are not reliable- and worst—they will not ALLOW me to communicate with my shopper if I don’t have a cell phone.
THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST OPERATIONS ANYWHERE!
Sell out to Target and that’s your fate, apparently!
A Shipt shopping job is a thing of the past. It’s no longer a job. People can’t make a living from it. What you now would be doing is assisting Target and making even more money. They’ve made so many changes that it’s not beneficial anymore to be a shopper. People are going to be jumping ship(t) at a high rate. Just watch and see! Target has ruined it!!

I had applied for the shopper position I’m experienced in shopping as I’ve worked with instacart I was supposed to do a phone interview and I wasn’t able to since then when I try to reapply it says you’ve already applied I like to have another way to apply any suggestions?
Don’t worry Ken about becoming a shipt shopper. They’ve made so many changes that a person can’t make a living at it anymore. They’re just making more money for themselves! Be smart and look for another job!! They’ve ruined it for everyone!!
