I need to file a claim against UPS and the said i ndeed to talk with someone at Shein
HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS WHEN SO MANY CUSTOMERS HAVEN’T RECIEVED MERCHANDISE OR REFUNDS. HOW CAN I GET MY ITEMS SENT TO ME?.
I have an order of over $200 missing. Can’t get in contact with ANYONE. When I go to customer service to chat, the order isn’t even there. I also have other items that go with the missing ones so I’m out of more wasted money.
I ordered seventy five dollars worth of cleaning supplies buckets sponges kitchen towels in April I have never received anything period not one single item! I’ve been asking for a refund since April it’s August! This is flat out THEFT! They refused me a refund because I disputed the purchase. I’m supposed to dispute purchases I don’t receive! If I got my money back I wouldn’t have to dispute anything!

I ordered clothing and I got a ring , they realized sent me wrong order and now all they want to give me back is 30 percent of my money back that I spent on my order, I want a full refund or a credit on my account, I been trying for the past week to get them to correct it, they said the company has been under tremendous financial pressure, and can not afford the expensive return and rescheduling costs at present in a email to me.

I have tried for days to get a refund on items I purchased I never received and they were rude and got no help. I am calling better business.
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding rude treatment, games being played, and items not received.
