    I purchased a 2012 mini cooper from your Alexandra Va location i only had the car for about a week and then it went back to the dealership who has had the car since July. The was a lemon and i am requesting my money back which was almost $13,000. I have been in a rental since July which I am paying for out of my packet.     Sheehy Subaru in Fredericksburg has not returned my 2 calls regarding a very simple question on the 120K service. Before Sheehy took over, the service department was reliable and very easy to work with. I had taken my cars there for many years. It has gone down hill since. Also, the best service advisor there has left.

    I would greatly appreciate a response, as I purchased a Subaru crosstrek from the Hagerstown Maryland Sheehy Subaru dealership and have had issues with it since the purchase. Took weeks to get someone to return my call for service and then when I did get hold of someone it took another 2 weeks to get the car in for service. I have had a loaner care for 18 days and was contacted today by the service department that the car needs the throw out bearing replaced and with that a new clutch that will cost $2,550. Not covered by my bumper to bumper insurance that I was guaranteed the day of purchase. As well as needs new brakes and rotors. This car was was purchased in this condition, I have made 5 car payments and only have driven the car 6 – 8 weeks, not even due for an oil change. Though when the oil was checked approx. 2 months after purchasing it, the dipstick was completely dry and I had yo put oil in it.

    I am extremely upset after paying $18,000 for a lemon….. I need help with this ASAP. I have left messages for the General manager who also will not rerun my call.

    To who may concern, I have a concern about an interaction with one of the service managers at the Sheehy Laurel location. I have an uncomfortable feeling about checking out after my vehicle was serviced. Date was 10/25/22. What is my concern is when I was presented with the myBill, it was almost $100 more than what it actually end up being. The reason that I had a concerned is that after asking to look at the breakdown of services; the Service Mgr recalled the document and said that it was incorrect after showing me the document for $345.00. He then went in the system and made the adjustments to $255.84. It may be nothing, but it bothered me. I wonder if I did not request to see the original statement if there would have been an adjustment ? It may be just me but if you see something say something. Please during these financial time the customers are treated with integrity and honesty. Invoice # TAC838456. Thank you.
