  • James says:

Service King is a joke they tried to blame damage they did on us. Do not take anything to this company!!!!!!!

  • Deborah says:

Who can I talk to regarding vendor contracts and discounts?

  • Kenretha Goldsmith says:

I had my car repaired at the Nashville downtown main street location in November of 2021. The Manager Michael and the staff was horrible. It has been close to 7 months and I still yet to get my passenger seat Assemble put in yet I have called and no one can find the part this is terrible I tried calling the CEO and district manager and no to no Avail have I have I been able to speak with anyone

  • Tammela Walker says:

Service King is a complete joke. To avoid honoring their service/warranty they will make up excuses why it is not valid. I need to be contacted by a Director, VP, President or someone who can address and rectify the situation before I pursue legal matters.

  • Teresa Deeds says:

Very disappointed that I wait over a month for my appointment. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Everyone from the front desk to the manager. I would appreciate someone from corporate contact me. Teresa 817-266-5425

  • Leslie says:

I was in a car accident and my vehicle was taken to the Waldorf, MD location. When the other insurance company stated they were going to take over the claim my vehicle was not turned over to them. All the necessary paperwork was sent to them and they still refuse to turn the vehicle over. When my lawyer or I call, all we get is attitude and hung up on. It is a simple process since both insurance companies use the same shop. This is uncalled for and unprofessional.

  • Adrian G. Moreno says:

My 2011 Corolla has been at the Universal City TX location for a month. According to Service King initial inspection, it was basic repairs (replace front bumper, grill, hood & touch up rear bumper). Besides the parts that were ordered & received, the Corolla has been assembly for two weeks now. I spoke to the manager and she disclosed the true constrain. She stated that one of the paint booths broke down and this has impacted the painting process. So from an ECD of Dec 22, 2021, the date has been pushed to Jan 7, 2022. Quite frankly, when equipment breaks down, a shop must find alternate solutions to ensure it completes customer repairs. At this point, I don’t anticipate that my Corolla will be ready by 7Jan 22. I am frustrated and disappointed as I had originally had faith that Service King would keep its promise in repairing the vehicle on time.

  • Adam E Murillo says:

I took my vehicle to the Service King in Mesa, AZ on Baseline Rd. I had to take the vehicle to them 3 separate times for the same problem. The first time I got the vehicle back the quarter panel window was defective so Service King had to set up an appointment for the window to be replaced. After the window was replaced I noticed that the paint was not matching from where the repair was made. I then dropped the vehicle off again to have the repaired area repainted. I picked my vehicle up two days later to be told that the job was not done because they did not have the right toner. I was told that I would receive a call in one week once the toner arrived. I had to call two and a half weeks later. I was told that the toner had been there for over a week. When I asked why nobody called me to let me know that the toner had arrived, Adam told me because it was, “out of sight, out of mind”. I did not like to hear that this was how customers are treated at this location. I finally got my vehicle repainted and the paint matched. However, when I got home I noticed some new dings and scratches where the “repair” was made. Honestly, I am done dealing with this location and do not want to go back there. The customer service is terrible and I feel more of a problem than a customer. The only bright spot to the situation is the attendant named Moses. He was helpful and had a smile. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. It is a shame that customers have to go through this type of service.

  • Sonia. says:

  • Paul J Dibonaventura says:

This company is horrible when it comes to service after the repairs, I have called 3 times in the last 10 days, left several messages no call back and the repairs on my car from 3 months ago are a joke, rear bumper cover is coming off not even the local shop that did the repairs they promised to call that’s a lie they refuse to call back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS NOT TRUE.
I’m taking the legal route tried doing it the peaceful way but I can’t talk to anyone to resolve the problem. Horrible customer service.
