I have been trying to reach senior management at the Raleigh location and no one will return a call despite promises (even on yelp they said the did). My system is broken and has not been repaired- it’s over 108 heat index.
I have a problem with your company, it cost me $480.00 to have a thermostat installed, 3 technicians came out first tech didn’t get the job done, second one didn’t know how to work on a boiler, third one Roy couldn’t install my new Honeywell simple thermostat so I had to buy a new $60.00 thermostat for $275.00. You do not do good business, totally disgusted
