    Hi,

    I purchased my daughter some Burberry perfume for a Christmas present. I purchased the bottle from your store at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, Michigan. It was purchased on 11-11-21.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to get to your store within the 60 day return policy. I was a week late of missing this deadline-January 17, 2022. I walked into your store and the gal behind the counter stated that I missed the deadline and there is NO button to push to get my refund. I explained, I didn’t realize there is several flavor’s of Burberry but had purchased the wrong one and my daughter will never wear this. I just wanted to exchange it for the correct kind that she liked. It’s called Burberry -Her Intense Eau de Parfum. I purchased Burberry Dream in error. The lady behind the counter would not let me exchange and I asked for the manager. Mercedes, stated that there was no button to push either. I am sorry but I will take responsibility that yes, I did not meet the 60 days by one week (6 days to be exact) but the customer service of exchanging this perfume a week later under this crazy times we live in is truly unacceptable to me. I want you to know that if your company cannot exchange this perfume for the flavor my daughter likes, her and I will never step foot in your business ever again. I have never had an issue ever and I don’t typically return anything I purchase. It was an oversight in the flavor.

    I applaud Sephora for separating themselves from the daughter of Lauri Laughlin. My friends and I discussed that for once we would take a strong stance and not shop or support Sephora or any other endeavor that is a part of these cheaters lives. We have to take a stand against this nonsense. Thank you.
