    I returned a refund received my gift card number on my e-card went to use showed up $0 contacted support they said the same thing and said they would email new card never received it. I contacted them again never received card they said they would email it, never received it. Contacted them again never received it, then they told me it had to be investigated to make sure it was put back on the original card to begin with. This is complete bull crap I have never had to deal with this. I have missed out on so many sales and I need them for work I’m not made of money here
