I ordered over $100.00 from the website for christmas items and never received an email with the conformation number nor tracking information. I have still not received my order and the store and online the supervisor at the store said have nothing to do with each other. I have sent 4-5 emails to the sabon email address online and called customer service and they keep sending me emails saying someone will get back to me and no return emails yet. online customer service i have been calling for over a week and it keeps saying we are currently not available. I have been in the retail business and have never had this experience and i can’t even get a hold of someone to cancel my order and my money has already been deducted from my card. this is the worst experience i have ever had and have never had this many issues even getting a hold of any customer service representative.
I ordered TWELVE bottles of the aromatic diffusers approx. 1 month ago, but did not receive the diffusers sticks that are a part of each order. I have left several messages and one email to your Customer Service Department, all with no response. I now see your Customer Service doesn’t actually exist I guess. I cannot find these sticks at any stores (craft, hobby, etc), so I guess I will have to order somewhere online. I will be warning my friends and acquaintances to stay away from Sabon and their nonexistent customer service.
