My name is Michael D. Andrews. I have been trying to get in touch with someone who can tell me why Ruby Tuesdays part of my retirement has stopped coming. I have two retirements coming from Ruby Tuesday. One Morrisons retirement fund and one from Ruby Tuesday. Your retirement department said that it was sold. I need to find out who has it. Please can someone contact me. I also have tried calling you corporate office but I can not reach a person.

I am holding gift certificates that I cannot use because they shut down the restaurant without noticed to the customer, I think is pretty awful and crappy. I loved our ruby Tuesdays now im so very disappointed

We were in the Winchester, Va. Ruby Tuesday’s last week, it was a terrible meal, even the salad bar wasn’t fresh, might have been put out from the night before, the waitress even agreed with us. Doubt we will go back, an we mostly eat there several times.

I live in Sebastian fl. As course my comment is a complaint. Today was bogo Wednesday at this Ruby Tuesday. Well I ordered a Smokehouse Burger. I ask for the lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauce on the side. I, also, for the burger to be cooked rare. Well I guess your cooks can’t read. I got a well done burger, and the tomato, onion, onion, and sauce wasn’t on the side. I sent it back so I guess they wipe the sauce off the hamburger, and the rest they took off the burger, and the hamburger was well done. Well that will be the last time I will go back to Ruby Tuesday. You lost a customer.

My Husband and I tryed to visit the Ruby Tuesday’s in Marley Station Mall on the evening of 5/24/19 (Friday night) and the place was so dirty we walked out.I’ll be calling the health department on this one because you name it;it was very dirty.

My husband and I have been a fan of RT for several years. We visited RT in Avondale AZ earlier in March. I ordered my dinner, and the server returned to tell me that they were out of the item I ordered. This happened 2 more times. We thought that the server should have known when I ordered that they were out of these items, but he didn’t. The shift manager never even apologized. We were so frustrated that we left. I submitted a review to explain what happened. I was surprised when the manager of the Avondale AZ RT, Alfredo, called me a few days later and apologized for what happened. He asked if we would be his guests for dinner. We accepted his offer and had a lovely dinner with excellent service. I’ve always been a fan of RT and will continue to be a loyal customer.

  • Beverly Krans says:

Recently my friend and I were in our local Ruby Tuesdays to enjoy your salad bar which we think is about the best in town. But this time on Jan. 10 the salad bar was missing those parmesan crisps and the hummus. I asked the waiter if they forgot to put those items out and he said they have ben replaced with hot peppers. Both my friend and I do not eat hot peppers. I told the waiter I think I will write the corporate office and ask them to please bring back those two items. He agreed with me. You have those hard crackers at the end of the salad bar which I and I suppose others spread hummus on them and now no hummus. I sent a letter to what I thought was your corporate office at 150 W. Church Ave. Maryville, TN 37801 and it just came back so apparently it was sent to the wrong address. So I decided to now just email you my concerns about those two items and hope to hear back from you as to why they are no longer on the salad bar. Thank you!
