This establishment needs to take a better look at who they hire as managers…certain managers like to talk really bad about their employees to other employees which are causing people to walk out and quit on the spot. I use to be an employee there and this is the reason that I quit then they turn around and say that I was terminated. I believe that people should know how Rubios managers treat their employees and get away with it so that they aren’t walking into employment thinking that they are being treated fairly. Believe when I say that I will be spreading the word!!!
