I went to Royal Farms in Middletown on Rt 299 yesterday 12/03/2022 at 7:30pm. I heard they had great chicken sandwiches. I was heading home to NJ from Virginia. I figured try it. The place was very dirty especially where you get coffee. It was gross. The sandwich looked good but was very dry like it sat there all day. We have one going to open near my home. I will not have interest to go there. Done.

I go to Royal farms on 41st in Baltimore the counter where the coffee so dirty the counter where the cash register is awful they to clean the back of the pad just awful if I send the health dept in there they will close it up until it is right make people come I stop buying food only gas you got to come and see for yourself you got people laying in the back like just work up then when you order some food they come from the back this is terrible somebody not doing their job

I am writing you today about how disgusted I am with some of your locations putting cups behind cash register in order to get a drink and then what was more upsetting is to be charged the same price of a fountain drink, if all I want is a cup of sink water because that’s what it is. I have heard over and over again of your employees nonsense excuse of why you do it. But if you want to avoid stereotyping in certain areas of where you are doing this I suggest you make this a rule for all your stores. And maybe consider charging a small fee for the cup alone, if there is an issue. I really want to hear how royal farms plans to resolve this issue before i bring it to social media and politicians in the area that this is taking place. Oh I have been to several of your stores in different areas and recorded this. It clearly shows what I believe is stereotyping/discrimination.

I was as for a refunds and I asked her as fast as she took the money I needed the money back because I didn’t have I didn’t have time to wait 7 to 10 business days and she was very ignorant with me and the reason for the reason for my want to give back what I bought is because of her Kalina in York PA oh and this is i’m calling about Royal Farms on Zion Road in York PA Kalina the employee that you have there her customer service is horrible and GuessWhat I go to this Royal Farms about six times a day Amy Miss Jenny all of the other ladies the young man that’s there right now it’s a sweetheart but anyway make a long story short Kalina is a horrible ha ha sad

Hello. I used to be a regular customer prior to you ending black olives and different size subs. Ironically I decided to order a sub last night and let me tell you, the sub was bland. The black olives really helped with the flavor of your subs, and spinach would be awesome. Lettuce isn’t as healthy as people believe, and in subs the crispness disappears. There is more bread than meat, we’re not satisfied. I have the other half of the sub just getting soggy in the fridge because the other half wasn’t good enough to finish. I wasted money and have been using the restroom constantly ever since. Please please do some upgrades to your subs. They’re mediocre, not tasteful and not worth the money. Add more ingredients, meat and options. Thank you.
