About Rockstar Games, History and Headquarters Information
Rockstar Games was incorporated by Donovan and King in 1998. It started as a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive, and as a successor to BMG Interactive. By 2014, its titles successfully sold more than 250 million copies. In 2014, Rockstar Games was bestowed upon the BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award. In 2019, they launched their own game launcher, communications service, multiplayer, a digital distribution, and digital rights management.
Rockstar Games is a multinational company that develops video games such as Red Dead, L.A. Noire, Midnight Club, The Warriors, Bully, State of Emergency, Manhunt, Grand Theft Auto, and Max Payne. Rockstar Games made its own game engine called the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine (RAGE) in order to make it compatible with the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Windows, Mac, and Wii systems. So my account was compromised. 2 days ago I submit a ticket, still nothing. Listen, B-holes, my socials, some of which have my BANK INFO LINKED TO THEM, are linked to that account. I’m talking to corporate, and eff Rockstar for forcing this.
Worst customer support I have ever encountered in my 35 years living on this earth. Never have I dealt with such a bunch of brain dead, lazy people who actually do not want to help and will go as long as they can not helping if they can get away with it.
Rockstar Support is probably the worse service I’ve ever seen in my entire life (and I have worked in customer service support)… what a poor and awful service, even a little issue remains unresolved while no one answers you for day… FOR DAYYSSSSSSSSSSSSS……………… you have to be thankful that you create such wonderful games, because if it would depend on your support you would be in bankrupcy.

my boyfriend has been playing gta5 for a while now and he cant stand the fact that ai can do all these things to you but the moment it happens to them it doesnt work on them. hes told me countless times that hes gonna delete the game and he just did this time because he tired of all the bs!!!
I have been playing gta games for many years, im fed up with all the damn god mode players on gta 5 and red dead. I got my account wiped when i glitched money on gta 5, but when i report someone for using god mode, it goes unnoticed. It’s every single lobby i join. Im deleting the games, im tired of it.
Support is horrible. I provided detailed information regarding problem within Red Dead game. I get response that company is sorry having issue with GTA? Really? Then I request help again, support uses meaningless unrealated support answers. I request phone call. I am told to supoly time zone, country, and time to call. After I provide information I am told call backs are not available. Then I request mailing address for corporate office. I am givin more meaningless drop drop support comments.
I have 0% respect for customer support abuse. There is no grievance process. We will handle this abuse in a manner that will yield Corporate attention.
My disc is bad, no scratches, no support, small claims only solution?
They banned me for no reason an they let 5 year old play GTA but wait is say u must be 18 wig age
I LOVE Rockstar and RDR2 online. I love it so much that I invested over $500.00 to get my little brother a new PS4, a digital copy of RDR2, and a 3-month subscription to PS Plus so we could be online. Now he is unable to use the thing due to an ongoing error message from Rockstar Games. Every time he tries to play he gets the Rockstar server error code: 0x20010006 and it kicks him offline. Can you get help? Nope!!! You cant call them, you cant chat with them, and the so called support site will not even let you submit a support ticket as they instruct you to do when you call. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!! If Rockstar thinks I am the kind of person to sit back and go “oh well what can you do” they are sadly mistaken!!!! Layer up? your damn right I will, and you can bet the news and consumer protection folks will be getting a call as well!!!
