    Non returnable if box is opened. Well they sent me an opened box and the inside bag was also opened. Now what. This is not the first time I had issues with Rockauto.
    Used to be my go to place to buy auto parts. I’m DONE.

    Why can’t I use my Master Card when purchasing your products. I checked with my bank and there is nothing wrong with the card. If you don’t except Master Card for payment it should be removed from the payment options window on your web page.

    My name is James Banks the parts that we are talking about is 2320 John in the refunded department said he was going to pay me back for my money ending 8255 but it now ending 6614.
    The shipping costs me 104.17.
    He said what ever it cost I would be pay back.
    Be cause I am not a company UPS charge me 104.17

    Great prices on parts but even if you buy all your parts from same warehouse the shipping makes the price of the parts more than you can buy at local auto store. To bad…
