Roblox moderators are dumb. People hack their games and when you comment on them hacking you get banned. Like they’re protecting the hackers. The hackers are probably their own administrators anyway. I just want all the money I spent on this game back so we can just go our opposite ways. But all they do is ignore my appeals like they get off on using their power to feel like they’re better then the lame nerds they probably are.
Roblox scams children and then doesn’t help them. If you send in a support request they say they will no longer help you. I have never had such rude and unkind “support” in my life. They didn’t fix the problem and cut off all communication after one email.
Roblox is a money grabber! The founders are greedy! No help when your taken advantage of. Try to get help and they always say everything looks good on our end. Hey idiots computer scammers no how to cheat. Your employees to stupid to catch them. That’s why it’s such a ripoff!

I my grandson 10 years old said the word gay and it account was blocked or closed. I definitely do not agree with him saying that and I will promise you it won’t happened again.. the issue is I spent 100 dollars of my hard earned money on this and would really appreciate a refund. Please consider reopening the account or refund the money.
Having the same problems. They’re not doing anything about it. And I’ve spent way more money than that. They like to power trip. File a complaint with the FTC that’s what I did.
