I am livid with the RMV. My mom will be 103 yrs. old January 9th 2023, and is trying to get a Mass. ID, so that she can continue with her banking business, mainly get into her safety deposit box. For the same reasons I described, (expired ID) her bank will not allow her aces. (that’s another story that I will address), but you THE rmv should have more of an option for those who DO NOT HAVE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. She had a driver’s license till she was 80 years old…..ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? SOMEONE needs to contact her
Eva Mae Smith @ 617-773-8527 – 25 School. I just got the phone with you and you were NO HELP AT ALL that is okay because, I will not stop until there is an answer.
I have been on hold for nearly two hours. When I spoke to a hearing officer yesterday I was told that if the Dr. filled in the one question missed on the loss of consciousness form and faxed it that’s all I would need for the reinstatement process. The Dr. faxed the form at approx. 1 pm. to the number I was given and was told by several people I would get a call back. I waited all day and never got the call.
