PS: Edward Chiu sent me a return mailing label. If they claim they never received it, who’s fault is that? He never followed up and Patricia Holliday lied to the Maitland Police Dept and said I stole the company issued laptop while I was on a medical leave. The police department took over and completely destroyed my life.

How do you ever recover when you’ve been falsely accused? How do you ever get a decent job with a history like that?

It’s nice to win a sizable settlement but I would rather have my name back.

And now I’m forced to sue them again since they lied about paying the taxes of $44,000 on my settlement.

This is the worst company in America. I had to sue them when I was wrongfully accused of stealing a company laptop when I was out on a medical leave. It pretty much destroyed my life.

When I won, they paid me on a W-2 and claimed to have paid the IRS 44,000 in taxes. They lied. They never paid the IRS.They don’t return phone calls, emails, or snail mail. I will be suing them again and put the results here.

Patricia Holliday (Oviedo) was the bogus manager who lied about the laptop. She was fired after she ran off all the sales staff in the Maitland FL office. Edward Chiu was the head of security at headquarters in PA who failed to follow up after the laptop was returned to him directly.
