This is terrible company with individuals who don’t care about the money or investment a buyer has put into purchasing a home and does not care about your warranty and fixing repairs that are needed or as our right as a homeowner. Mr Mizel the owner of the business, has a terrible secretary who cuts you off and hangs up on you when you ask for information. She wouldn’t even refer me to an actual person who could help me with any issues or questions, only an email with no direct person to reference the email to. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I recommend no one ever to purchase a home from this company. You will regret it!
