Where is Rent A Center Corporate office Headquarters

Been a loyal customer for many years Lebanon Rent-A-Center in Ohio went there 2/15/24 around 3 PM soon as you walk in you smoke weed really bad I’m highly allergic to that a lot of people don’t believe me, but I am I stayed as long as I could. I even got two recliners even paid in advance for them to be delivered on 2/17/24 between one and three the manager or assistant manager or sales representative. Whatever she is her name is Amy decided to text me around 309, saying that they were not going to deliver them because one their truck was broke down, which was a lie and when I finally called her, she said that they were not going to deliver it until I have my account paid in full. She’s been bugging me since Thursday or Friday to pay my account my account is not due until Saturday and no matter what anyone says. You have a day grace period. Which if your account is due on Saturday you have till Monday before you get hit with late fees been through this for many years I know what I’m talking about , so I told her to just cancel the two recliners and put the money. I have paid on them towards my account and let me know how much I needed to pay the rest of it. She said she would call me back in 15 or 20 minutes it’s been over two hours. She did not call back so I called up there mysteriously , she put a guy on the phone asking me to hold and I told him that I would text her cause I have her number and she is yet to respond. I have other items through them which I will be returning to them and going to Rent 2 Own and doing my business with them at least they talk to you and help you when you need it and they’re friendly

Never been verbally abused on my own property by the Salisbury NC rent a center before that was new for me. No employee should feel threatened but what about the customers. They can definitely threaten us. These people harass you and stalk your home. I’m getting a lawyer.

Why is rent a center putting there employers at risk and making them come to work. Theres a blizzard and the state of rhode island issued a state of emergency. Friday jan 28th, 2022. First off u call and ask for the regional manager to call u and not the district manager but they instead due the opposite have the district manager call u. Second I know my payment is passed due and I’m not paying till I speak to the regional manager about my original complaint!! I already filled a complaint with the better business bureau 1/5/22 and if our stuff gets picked up, I will get call our attorney!!
