Renaissance Hotels Corporate office Headquarters

My name is Terrence Washington, Great grandon of the Founder and Builder of Brookhaven Hospital, in Jackson,
TN. I was a potential guest to this hotel for the first time. It amazes me that a room was reserved, by a friend. All I did was use the lavatory and because of health issues it was a bit longer than expected. I was then rushed out of the lavatory. I made my way into the lobby to call my friend. As I sat down, I was told that I had to vacate the premises; even after, I explained that I was waiting on a friend. They did not care at all, joked, mocked and insulted me. I did not like being treated like a joke. We have decided to book elsewhere. You would expect that the reputation of this hotel, that the employees would be more professional. I will not be recommending that this location be a top choice, to stay. I will be reviewing and rating this publicly. I’m a bit confused on how using a restroom, constitutes and gives cause for an individual to be treated in this manner?

I am William Simmons I just spent a 2 day stay at Renaissance Marriott Des Moines, Ia.. Our club had our first reunion in the state since covid. Over more than 20 years we have used the SAVERY HOTEL a hotel we all grew up around and still standing.
My first night stay 08/4 stay I heard noise which was mechanical off and on all night. The next morning I told the attendant on duty and she basically shrugged her shoulders and expressed her sorrow. Not what I expected, so I said to myself that I would get with the attendant that checked me in, he showed hotel manager experience I might get a better response. The next night it was the same, once the street noise settled down the other noise was obvious and distracting. That next morning I did get with the manager who checked me in. He said he adjusted my bill by $30 or $40 dollars which the exclusion of some of those taxes and surcharges. Not really happy with that, I gave him respect to let him get back to the desk and help other customers. I would much rather been moved to another room, it was never offered. The reason for this letter is he the manager who had managed hotels in North Carolina and Georgia pointed out to me what I would be charged for my inconvenience at this reputable $306. Today my email shows I was charged $433.76, and I believe my business was not respected. My question is, is this the new way of business for The Savery/ Renaissance in the community I have known since I was a child?

This is my first time ever sending a concern/complaint but wow, it took me back, so I feel compelled to say something! I just saw the most horrific commercial at 708 cst on 8/25/22 at the beginning of the saints game. It starts out with a history of 4 young black girls being murdered (have no idea what I’m watching but a precursor to a movie or FBI investigation), to then see it’s an advertisement for one of your hotels in Alabama!!!??? That gave me really warm fuzzies?! What does that history have anything to do with your hotel? Secondly, I want warm inviting present today to do things in the place I’m staying to stay in the area. Probably the worst commercial I’ve ever seen and felt within my soul. Please feel to contact me at 985-705-2556. My name is Stephanie. I would love to find out how to contact the corporate office over an unfortunate occurrence with a security officer at the downtown Columbus, Ohio location during my last stay, but cant seem to get to the email address. When clicking the link, it just takes me back to the link.

We stayed at Renaissance Charlotte South Park on the night March 26, 2022. We were very disappointed with our stay because the hotel was dirty and neglected. There were gouges in the hallway walls and a hallway closet door in need paint or replacement. Also there were stains and dirt on the elevator floors, torn window shades, dusty and dirty common area perimeter shelf and leaves in the main first floor hallway. Not to mention that the restaurant was not full service.

Made reservations through booking they messed the dates up and made it in February when I need it on April 1 2022 but I didn’t go in February so they charged me anyway please help i need refund or credit to use on April 1 thanks please help 3281372513 was reseevation hotel was for hotel In Cincinnati Ohio thank you Danielle mccreary 9377503286
