  • Lorretta Worley says:

I am not sure that I am reaching out to the correct Reinhart Foodservice but if I am not reaching out to the correct Corporate Office please send this to the correct office. I was visiting my Husband in Mansfield Nursing Home and when I finished I went to my van only to find it was blocked with one of your trucks. I waited 20 minutes and finally got out of my van and asked the truck driver to move his truck. He shook his head no and said I am making a delivery. He may consider his time valuable but I also consider my time valuable. After 33 minutes he proceeded to move his truck backwards so I good get out of the parking lot. It took him all of 3 minutes to do that. I would appreciate it if you would talk to your truck driver and explain to him that what he did was not right. Common courtesy would have been appreciated.
