I took my kids to see Wonka on Christmas eve as a surprise. Money was tight so I purchased a gift card on my lowes credit card so the kids could have dinner and a movie there. I had $60 left on the card after purchasing the tickets.We ordered food and then I went on my Regal app. where I down loaded the gift card. Cashier attempted to assist me to pay for my food and was unable to help. She was unsuccessful. She then notified a supervisor and she had no clue on how to help me pay for my food. The supervisor then notified her manager and he came out and was extremely rude to me telling me that I was on my own. Then told me to get out of line because others were behind me. I am currently fighting Stomach Cancer, and I am a single father of 3 young children.I wanted to give my kids an experience that they would never forget because more than likely, I will not be here next year. Regal employees made me feel like trash and made my 11 year old daughter cry because of how the manager spoke to me. I just thought that I needed to let others know so that they dont go to Regal and get treated the way that I did. I am going on a crusade letting anyone and everyone that will listen on the internet so hopefully they will lose millions of dollars when all that they jad to do in the first place is treat me with respect. Love the theaters in Orange County but several scenes in Oppenheimer at Newport Beach had dangerously loud volume. I suspect it was close to 100 decibels. Please lower it so you don’t damage the patrons ears.
I don’t like to have to stick my fingers in my ears for protection!

I came to the theater here in miami beach and im wondering what happened to the ticket agents. No more custermer service experience. Its terrable. I was very dissatisfied with that give humans jobs back

A company hired by Regal Cinemas corporate offices.I have tried every way possible to come into contact with the cleaning service who upon hiring me to clean Sonora cinemas gave me a verbal agreement to send contract and paperwork over to my E-mail ,and apply my payments to my account, this negligence is not tolerated ,to go unpaid for two months now,while corporate has now been notified of this issue but the clean environment of this Sonora movie theater is now at stake and I feel I would not want to go to a cinema that is not properly cleaned dor has issues with paying it’s employees for services,due to the mental state of people nowadays the disgruntled employee may put someone in harms way just for the mere fact that regal corporate offices refuse to acknowledge the existence of the problems it’s by several cinemas throughout America.
Yes and now they hire unreliable cleaning companies in order to obtain free services.Please do not ever use Saul’s real cleaning solutions in Madera California as this company does not hold up to the verbal agreements made upon hiring of services rendered to this company.I have been cleaning regal theaters for two months now in Sonora California ,trying to do the best job possible under the circumstances,and yet have not received pay into my account for services rendered.
I worked at a Regal in SC, and let me tell you, it was awful. The managers take their power to a whole new level and treat everyone with utter disrespect. They hire people that don’t work, then get mad at you for not cleaning or doing their job that they hired them to do. They are very unprofessional in front of customers and they are very rude to their staff in front of the customers. It is not acceptable and I refuse to ever step foot in a Regal again. 😞

The movie ticket purchased was for a movie tonight on November 22nd for the movie black panther at 7:00 pm.
Visited your Hyattsville MD Regal Cinema and the heat was out. It is 31 degrees outside and my fingers and toes were numb. But for the fact my mother, sister, bro in law and nieces purchased our tickets ahead of time and planned for this outing we would have left. I would like to be reimbursed for this movie as I was unable to enjoy because I was shivering nearly the entire movies.

I would like for this corporate office to explain to me why there was not one advertisement of WAKANDA FOREVER. I went to the very first showing of this movie on opening day and expected to be able to take photos in front of whatever the advertisement might be. To my utter disappointment and to the crushing disappointment of my 12 year old granddaughter who is a huge fan of the Black Panther character, there was NOTHING! The lack of advertisement caused me to wonder if I had the correct opening date. HOWEVER, there were several advertising for every other movie that was being shown. I know, because I matched each and every one. I plan to make this fact go viral on social media. “REGAL CINEMA ROBBED ME AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER OF A MEMORY THAT CANNOT BE REPLACED”

I have an issue with the two seats between each person purchasing tickets. I think it should be one seat, reason is we purchased tickets a week in advance and had to leave two seats in between. We were a little late still showing previews and someone was sitting in my husband’s seat he moved over one because of the two seat in between him and his wife were sitting next to my husband and on my side a husband and wife were sitting next to me. Now I know that was not their seats but if you would make it one seat in between then they could not of just moved over one because that would leave someone with out a seat.
Hello, we went to Regal Cielo Vista twice already and both times was the same thing. Every time we go in all the workers are there, but mid film they all leave. They are late showing, but there should at least be someone in the front at all times. Or if they leave they should lock the doors so that people don’t enter. By 9 pm all employees were gone. Not one employee or security guard onsite that’s just putting the movie goers in harms way. Yesterday as I walked out of the restroom a male just walked into the movie theater and was angry and yelling for a manager and there was no employee on hand. That was a scary situation for me since it was just the two of us in the lobby/hallway area. This happened at the Regal Cielo Vista; 2828 Cinema Ridge, San Antonio, Tx 78238.
I attended the woman king movie, Saturday, September 17, 2022 7:00pm, Chesapeake Va. The movie experience was horrific!!! I will be contacting local news to complain.
They have a policy minors can’t go in after 9pm without a parent took my teenagers a 7 pm and they would not let them see buzz-light year with out a parent. At 7 pm even though policy is very specific about after 9 pm
