Honestly the Red Roof Inn in Southpoint needs to work on getting the squatters out of the in Jacksonville, Fl. There is one main individual terrorizing other an her name from what I can gather is Brittney Shantell Jackson.

Stopped at the Red Roof Inn at 4225 South Ferdon Blue in Crestview Fl 32536 and asked for a handicap room with a king bed. We go into the room and there are two queen beds and the room in not handicap equipped. There are no grab bars in the bathroom, nor anyway to sit to take a shower. Went back to the office and they insisted that it was a handicap room. I asked if they had anything i could put in the tub so i could sit and take a shower, but they weren’t able to help me, no handlers, dleenex or coffee pot in the room and the heat didn’t work, they were going to look into it while we went out to eat, returned and was informed that we needed to change rooms. The young gentleman was very pleasant and helped my wife with the move.

RED ROOF INN ON MAPLE DR IN BUFFALO, NY IS THE WORST ROOM WE/VE STAYED IN IN THE LAST 52 YEARS OF TRAVEL. BOTH SIDES OF THE REFRIGERATOR AND BEHIND THE DOOR ARE DIRTY. THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A HANDYCA; ROOMJ, YHET THERE WAS NO PLACE IN THE SHOWERR TO SIT, IF ONE WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR IT’S NOT DEEP ENOUGH. WE ASKED FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND ALL WE GOT WERE BATH TOWELS, AND THEY LEFT THE DIRTY TOWERLS IN THE BATH. I THOUGHT MY CAR WINDOWS WERE DIRTY BUT COMPARED TO THE MOTEL WINDOWS THE CAR WINDOWS DON’T LOOK TOO BAD, THERE WAS A NOISE COMING FROM THE REFRIGERATOR THAT CAN BE HEARD OVER THE TV. AND TO MENTION THE WORST OF IT, IT WAS OVER $400 FOR 3 NIGHTS.

Back in October my wife and my daughters family booked two rooms for two days in Lancaster pa, we booked them from the pictures shown on the computer. When we arrived I was shocked to see that the inn was nothing like the pictures we saw. First room was filthy candy rappers on the window the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom and the two double beds the mattress when sat on them you almost hit the floor, my daughters room was just as bad. I immediately when back and complained he show us another room as you walked in not a piece of furniture you had to go into another room same as first room. Smoke alarm was hanging Dow dust web in every corner it was a connecting room no lock but a small table pushed against door. There were no locks or security on the door to enter were the rooms were so anyone could come into hallway. I went back to the lobby and said I wouldn’t let my family stay there I wanted my money back and were told no refunds not to cause a scene we left. I contacted your customer service department and received a letter for one free night why would they call it a free night when I was charged over 400 dollars for two nights for two rooms.I got know satisfaction talking to your staff and was told the matter was closed by giving us a free night. I want my a refund I have a receipt showing we were there 20 minutes and have pictures backing up what I complained about. Please let me know what you planning to do to correct this problem. I want a refund not a free night that I already paid for.

My wife and I booked your hotel because it was pet friendly. We arrived at 2115hrs on 10/15 and signed in. We went to the room and the wooden door to the room was stuck so I had to shoulder hit it for it to open. We walked in and found the light didn’t work. I had to go over to the lights on the wall and turned them on. I looked on the bed and saw bugs moving around. My wife went to use the bathroom and saw bugs all over the floor and I saw them all over the counter. I don’t mean 1 or 2 , but a lot. We didn’t put anything on the table or bed and left. I picked up my small dog and carried him out after I checked him and left. I went back to the office and told the woman I was not staying and wanted a refund. I told her what was wrong with the room and she gave me a refund and we left. I think your office should check into this Red Roof Inn located at 1113 Forest Hill Rd in Harrisonburg Virginia 22801.
I hope you look into this.
