My name is Mary Dreachslin I rented a hotel room at the Knights Inn in Sterling Hights Michigan my room number is 243 I am very disappointed with my room I rented a hotel room for a week starting November 5
And your advertisement said that breakfast was included but when I got here I was informed that they don’t have breakfast witch is supposed to be included with the room rental and when I got to the hotel I was informed that their is a $10.00 per day fee for my dog and your add said nothing about the extra fee of $10.00 a day for my small dog my room has not been cleaned since I got here even though I have requested my room be cleaned I rented the room for 3 adults and a small dog I have requested enough towels and wash cloth,sand shampoo and conditioner and soap and toilet paper but never received them so I had to buy toilet paper and then last night November 8 the toilet started leaking water all over the bathroom floor and then their was water all over the floor in the room where the sink is at i call the office and was told that I would have to wait until the morning to fix it the maintenance man came out to my room and when he left their was water literally pouring out the back of the toilet tank so I called the office again and informed them that the toilet was leaking more then it was before after he left for the 3 Rd time I stopped the housekeeper to bring a mop to clean up the water and she never came to clean up the water in the bathroom this has been the absolute worst hotel room I have ever stayed i would send you videos and pictures of the toilet pouring out of the back of the toilet and the pictures that I took of the nails that are all over the parking lot and the metal trash that is out of my hotel room door I will be posting my horrible experience staying at the knights Inn in Sterling Hights Michigan and I will also be posting all the pictures and videos that I have taken during my stay at the knights Inn of sterling heights Michigan and tell everyone on my social media page and I will also be posting my horrible experience on my Instagram page I want my money back so I can go to a different hotel
