The reasor’s location at 41st and Garnett is the worst. I have been ordering groceries for 3 years and the first two years the service was great. The past year has been horrible. The staff is rude. Slams your trunk down doesn’t confirm that your the correct person that ordered the groceries. No longer calls or communicates when an items is out of stock.. today the girl that gave my groceries was very rude rolled her eyes and slammed my trunk so hard the entire car moved. When I called to speak with a manager I was given to the director berry who seemed to not care and made me feel like I was lying to him and said he had to verify via video footage to see if she really did slam the trunk or not. Do to this I have now decided to either no longer shop at reasor’s at all or have to drive 20 mins. Out of my way to go to another store. I am not sure what is going on with this reasor’s but it needs to be addressed. I never previously had any problems with this store but do now and will no longer use them. Also I will tell all my coworkers not to use this store either.

My son who is 16 has applied for employment 5-6 weeks ago at the 71st and Sheridan store. He has followed up on a weekly basis and told his number will be provided to the hiring manager and that they will return his call. Seems the store employees have not learned how to follow up on things as my 16 year old son has. This is a direct reflection on the store management leadership.

I like Reasor’s. Reasor’s has the best meat & produce among all Tulsa grocers. However, whoever is doing the marketing & web/phone app for Reasor’s is working for the competitors of Reasor’s, because it is impossible to use. They have frustrated me so much I am going to find a competitor of Reasor’s. I want nothing to do with anything associated with the app or website. These departments are not an asset, but a 100% liability to the organization. My suggestion for Reasor’s is to clean house and redevelop these departments from the ground up. I hope Reasor’s is successful in thier reorganizing of these areas. I would like to be able to come back at some point, but I cannot endure another attempt to purchase groceries from the business.

I called and left a message with my name and number about a problem I had with one of the Catoosa Pharmacists about a week ago. Carl Wren. No call back from anyone. Im just letting you all know this WILL be taken care of and not swept under your rug and ignored. , Love Austin.

Carl Wren, who is one of the pharmacists in Catoosa accused me of getting medicine from an individual, and not him. That deeply deeply offends me for a lack or harsher words. Then told me this wasn’t reasors pharmacy I was on the phone with. That is defamation of character. This issue needs to be dealt with very soon, I’m not forgetting this. Waiting on a call back.
