I would like someone in CEO ram trucks to contact me..I have been a loyal ram customer for over 10 years

Ram 1500 ecodiesel is a no go!!!No remedy for our truck that has a recall and won’t run due to recall. They have others at our dealership in the same boat. No idea when they will have a way to fix it. No loaners and won’t trade truck in because they said it’s not worth anything even though it’s due to a recall issue. No offer to take us home. No nothing. Monkey running the show here is an idiot that ran and hid when asked to be spoken to about it. Take your money elsewhere

Does anyone ever receive an answer back ?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years I bought a brand new truck. The transmission went with 5000 miles and no one can tell me what I’m supposed to do with this truck. I’ve gone through two case managers. No one calls me back I called leave messages absolutely unacceptable to pay $70,000 for a truck that you can’t even use for what you bought it for is ridiculous someone needs to contact me or I’ll be calling my state attorney. HI, I ordered a new Ram Truck, my dream truck. I ordered this truck on 01/19/2023, I have not received this truck, No one can help, or tell me when I am going to receive this truck VIN 3C63R3EL6PG564692 order # 58189007. Melloy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram can’t help, they tried going the area manager (Joseph Audia PH#248-228-4243 no reply by text or answer phone or E-mail). I track this truck on line (Ram Brand Vehicle Order Tracking) with no success. I also called Ram customer service many times with no response. I have two Case # one that was canceled 86253448 Why I don’t know, Second Case # 86308191. I have made two truck payments and have not Truck, also two Insurance payments with no truck…..lol This truck was shipped out on 04/08/2023 (61 days ago) and still no one can tell me when or how much longer it will be. All anyone can tell meTBD…….I believe this truck has been sitting outside in the Elements, but not sure….

Just wanted to reach out & say Dodge trucks Rock!!! I purchased my Dodge Ram 1500 in 2001. I have 406,550 miles on this truck. It looks as good as when I rolled it off the car lot. I constantly have people come up to me and say what a beautiful truck it is & want to know what year it is and how many miles on it. Their eyes are wide open & jaws drop!! I have several people that have went & purchased a Dodge Ram & they are very pleased!! My truck is my baby!! Continue to do maintenance on it like I always have. The only thing not original is the transmission which my Son replaced 2 years ago.

I started the process to order a new truck (2022 Tradesman 3500) in February of 2022. To date, I have not observed any movement, even though the vehicle status indicates it has been built. I am able to track it but it has been “stagnant” for months.

I bought a ram 2021 just got
14,000 miles and while I was driving it just out of nothing turn off i the middle of the street at 11 pm i called the road service assistant and they came to help me at 3,am in a cold night and because I say i was going to start walking at tow it to the closest dealer and they told me can not be able to get to it till 7 days this is being the worst at the dealer they don’t care i have no car i’m paying 800 $ month and if is under recall I’m not going to have my truck for minimum 6 months with out a rental

Friend of mine has the same 2020 RAM 2500 cummins diesel. We both tow fifthwheel trailers. His broke down on side of I-25 here in Colorado (Fuel pressure issue). I was told by Colorado Springs Dodge that this is a fix that is a recall and I would be notified when the parts come in to have it fixed. This was over a year ago. I’m getting ready to retire but afraid to pull the trailer anywhere, for fear of breaking down on side of the highway with a trailer attached, wife and dogs ready to travel. Don’t get me wrong, I love driving this truck, but the servicing side of RAM/Dodge is bordering on a joke. I feel like I’m being held hostage not to travel due to this fuel pressurization issue recall. This friend of mine had to badger corporate to get it fixed, after it broke down.
What is it going to take to get my truck fixed asap, so I can enjoy my retirement?

I have a 2020 ram 3500 transmission went of it September of 2021 it was in the shop in Iowa for 2 months (84000 miles on it) put another 9000 miles on it the drive shaft fell out in February it messed the whole front end up here it is oct 2022 I still don’t have my truck back and no one knows when it’s going to be done

I have a22 250 ram and cannot get it serviced at a dodge dealer in utah with in 200 miles. All I get is I am 2months out for service. Had warning lite come on auto throttle control ,again cannot fix it for two months , two differebt dealers toldme tjat. Found one 200 miles he fixed it for one day and light came back on. What the hell is the problem hete, I have to take it to a Ford dealer to get it servived. I have a dodge dealer 20 miles from me but can not service it for two months
