We sold our Honda Odysee on Monday Presidents day. I notified you by email of that fact the following day.
I requested information on a prorated balance todward my other vehicle. I have gone up to my local rainstorm on Devonshire drive and have recieved nothing more than, yes it has been canceled, contaact headquarters. I recently received a statement notice that I need to pay the full $70 on my atomatic payment. Please get this financial matter taken care immediatly. I do not like paying for a service that I can not use. I look forward to a settlement. Thank you.
I called rainstorm corporate office this morning. Some man answered the phone. He never said, Hello Rainstorm. I had to ask if this is the corporate office. He said, Yes. He was mean and nasty as if I was bothing him with my questions. I want my membership canceled.
I think there should be a more reliable team that works at the st. Charles location most of the team there doesn’t show up for there shift on time or doesn’t show up at all you do have a couple there that are excellent workers Dennis and lilly are both of the good workers there
I have had a Rainstorm P A S S from Calumet/Valparaiso, In for a year now & frequently have trouble. I have left my name, number, email, & called twice (never an answer or call back) and have now noticed my cc is not being charged. Why is this happening & why won’t someone address it? Should I just go somewhere else?
