Store# 01400 is NEVER opened on time!! Please do something!! The store also plays inappropriate music and allows it’s employees to bring their children to work! Didn’t even give me the things I paid for!

The Manager in East Saint Louis IL is rude and treats her workers like trash. She wrote us up for nothing but it’s really because we didn’t finish all the boxes by 2:30 p.m.. she wrote up me saying I was wearing inappropriate clothes..scrubs aren’t inappropriate and she let me wear them on my first and everyone including saw been wearing them zero complaints. Now it’s a issue since we didn’t the boxes, not to mention she “claimed” she told me I couldn’t wear them before she hired but she lied. Now she’s cutting my hours down and no one in the rainbow group chat is responding to my messages. Can someone tell me what’s HR number so I can about this matter?

My teen was so excited to have gotten hired on at the Kansas City, MO; Blue Parkway location…until. After only two weeks in, the store was robbed by gunpoint only minutes before my daughter was due to clock-in. This SCREAMED inside job.

Store 619 – Redford, Mi
They store went without air conditioning for weeks on end and let employees work in 90 degree conditions. The employees had to go through so many hoops to even get reprieve and go home from the heat. It took far too many complaints from customers for the air to fixed.

The head manager there is a wicked woman, she talks about her employees to other employees and customers making it an hostile workplace. The girls that work there are absolutely amazing and have never shied away from helping me with finding clothes. The head manager also tends to have bad attitudes with some of the girls when asking simple questions. I’d really like to see something done, the girls really do work well with the customers. I have also found the assiosiates get paid only 10-11 an hour how is anyone to make a living with that? Y’all need to treat your employees better before some type of lawsuit is brought forward

The worst customer service ever for current employees. I called to request a copy of my w4 and was told there is no way to obtain the document and a thired party is used. When i ask what is the 3rd party information they state ADP but i don’t see Rainbow on my ADP history and i have been working here for four years.

It’s very inappropriate that the supervisor at Rainbow shop on Lake June Rd. Balch Springs TX., speaks about employees medical health to others in public with customers around, Breaking the HIPPA privacy Act. She also, gave medical advice without being a medical doctor. It been several times I come into the store and she is talking away about other managers and supervisors personal business. What time of Leadership person does Rainbow have running the store there. The supervisor is the problem not the managers or employees, she is the one that runs out customers and harasses them to apply for jobs there while they are shopping. Rainbow needs to address the supervisor and fire her from her position. Enough is enough with someone who isn’t doing her job the right way.
