Every time I go in that restaurant which I’ll never will again there’s some kind of employee got some kind of smart ass attitude every time I’ll never be back there
I just went to the Rafferty’s restaurant in Elizabethtown Kentucky and it was horrible I got a deluxe cheeseburger and fries and the fries was cold and tough and I asked for some more and what they did was they had the old ones they had in the back they just dropped down into Greece and warmed them up and let me have it the burger was overcooked the burger was cold and it had a big blob of mustard right in the cigarette center of the burger whenever I bit that bite the mustard was to step I couldn’t hardly stand it I would never be back in that restaurant again most every time I go in there the people that works there are like rude as hell
Would like to share that as we are sitting here on 9/2/21@7:38pm. We ordered croissants for an appetizer. My son eats his first one and was going in for a second one. On the bottoms is a fly baked into the croissant. My son takes a picture of it! I take it very nicely to the food manager, and all he says is “oh, I’m so sorry! Do you want another order?” As I walk back to our table, not knowing he was right behind me, I tell my son that all he said was “oh, I’m sorry, do you want another one?” He says, “ma’am I said I was sorry. Then he proceeds to say “that it is summer time and things like this do happen”. I’m so blown away by the comment he just made to myself and my son! I never would think that any manager would make a comment like that. Not a good reflection on the restaurant we love eating at Rafferty’s, but this was a very disappointing visit! Of course my son loves the croissants and so he says that he would like another one.
