    My vehicle was rear ended while in the carwash in the Rocklin, CA location (Sierra College and I-80). The employee on duty stated the customer behind me pulled in too far onto the conveyor and his vehicle was not in neutral. An incident report was filed and I asked for a copy of the video. Per the bottom of the report and according to the employee, I would receive a call within 3 days of the incident. I’m at day 14 and have not received a call from anybody at Quick Quack acknowledging the incident, despite me calling customer care daily asking for a call back. Their customer care agents have promised phone calls from a manager, district manager, area manager and call center supervisor but I’ve gotten no contact at all. I’m beyond frustrated and would like a copy of the video before it’s no longer available. I feel like my requests are being ignored due to their lack of response and I’m tired of getting brushed off. Poor business practices and even worse customer care.

    I brought my 4runner QQCW Antelope CA on my way to a friend’s house. I live in Roseville and go there for my washes. I manually retracted my OE antenna (1/2 way down) before I got the wash. I do this each time I get a wash at Roseville. As soon as the first brush hit my car, I saw my antenna got bent and eventually broke while in the wash. I filed a complaint, and I got a call from a guy named DJ. He said QQ is not responsible because there are signs that tell customers to remove their antennas. I’m curious who really removes an antenna prior to wash. I’ve never had this problem with Roseville QQCW, so I was confident that this facility will not damage my antenna. DJ acknowledged that he saw the video when I entered and exited the wash. But he insisted that I was supposed to remove the antenna. That was his response and his way to settle the incident.

    This is an UNACCEPTABLE solution. I hope there’s a different manager I can talk to, but I was told that he runs Antelope QQCW. Because of that, I cancelled my membership.

      Their customer care department is a joke! I was hit in the Rocklin location 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a phone call from anybody at QQ. Beyond frustrated!
