Once again I’m barred from using my account by a security feature that seems more intent on keeping out actual account holders, than it does the fraudsters. So for the next thirty days I’m unable use my account(which I’ve had for years, and have purchased several big ticket items), with ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE within that thirty days to somehow resolve the security concern. Why do you even have a customer service?! They are completely useless if they can’t resolve customer issues.

I echo the sentiment of each of the additional posts. PP is some trash. Their “customer service” reps are some trash and the fact that you can’t speak to someone from management is some trash…. I ordered a cell phone for $2300, was sent a message that my package was on the way via another trash company UPS, I stayed home the day of delivery and waited like an anxious kid on Christmas eve….nothing came. I got a text from UPS saying package was delivered. Funny because the package required a signature and I was home all day and never got a knock at my door to accept/sign anything. Naturally I clicked on the “proof of signature” link only to see a name that was typed in by the delivery driver. I thought wait-a-minnit….that’s not a signature. I called UPS and purchasing power needless to say that was 1 month ago & I’m still being charged for a package I never got. Still waiting for a resolution after several calls to PP and UPS. My next call is going to be to the BBB.

As i write this I have been on hold for almost an hour and counting… I am trying to locate a supervisors number or someone that I can speak to!! I have never had such horrible customer service!!!!! You guys delivered a bed that did not go together and it is taking me over two weeks to try and get someone to come pick it up and to stop charging me for this item!! I have purchased way to many things from you guys to be done so crappy!!!

This company is awful!!!! I ordered something that was lost in the mail over a month ago!!! I was told I would be getting a replacement and nothing has been resolved!! I’m beyond frustrated. I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody. Customer service is of no help!!!

This is the worst company ever! I called because I wanted to cancel my account! I don’t use it. The cs rep was beyond rude and advised me the account can’t be cancelled. So I said I can sign up for something but I can’t cancel it, that doesn’t make much sense. She then advised my account would be cancelled at some point if I don’t use it. When I asked for a supervisor she stated she could place me in cue as she works from home. I asked for the corporate address and she said, “ Ion know, all I know is they’re located in Atlanta.” Then hung up on me! Zero stars I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Throw the whole company away!

My name is Sylvia Dennis and I’ve been trying to reach anyone with access to the letters you guys mail out. I received as a federal employee a welcome back letter with 30%off for several months in a row starting in August i believe, and now that i am considering ordering, I can’t find that letter and your customer service is of no help. The last code I CAN REMEMBER I received was 30FEDERAL822. Can someone PLEASE help.
