I have asked through multiple avenues to have a service manager call me in reference to charges and an estimated repair bill. No one has called back, no one seems to care. Definitely a lack of customer service and empathy.
Bad services me and husband and my kids were in bad car accident on May 21 th. And the collision center Chevy didn’t have the part ready for our vehicle.months my husband even went up there and to the appointment just to find out they she didn’t have the parts ready for the vehicle and he just wasted gas.And then on Dec or 7 th service collision reception said that they have the parts ready for the truck for the Dec 13th. And rental car line up for you . And when my husband got there just to find out there no rental car schedule. Now our insurance stop paying insurance on the 30 th. Now we have to pay out of pocket for rental car . We shouldn’t have to pay for it been 15 days without our vehicle no contact with them to gave us updates on changes . And they need to pay for our rental car for 2 days it’s not our fault they didn’t have it ready! Very upset customer Lakisha Richardson
