I have called several times and have gotten several different answers including being sent to the “escalation department” and still no resolution.

I was trying to book a Cruise for the 1st time with your company for my family and friends. 4 Rooms to be exact. The only issue is every time I try to book an accessible Balcony Room it says it can’t be more than 3 (which is fine since it is only 3 of us). Two rooms show up as available I select a room then click book. As soon as I do it says the room has been taken. However the room is still there. Your website does the same thing for every cruise and every ship. I have asked why? I have been told the rooms are on hold and will be released 1 month before and I can go on a wait list and I have been told your handicap rooms only hold 2 people. I have been told I can request handicap items on a standard room.

My husband has 1 leg and needs a fully accessible bathroom with roll in shower, grab bars, shower bench and hand held shower. We have a son and need an accessible room for 3.

Why does your company website say you have the rooms then don’t? Does your company not like disabled people?

It is terrible that your company does give an of your CSR’s ship information for example how many occupants can be in a room. I don’t understand why you don’t have accommodations for handicap families. I feel like we are being discriminated against because of my husbands special needs.

Please I need answers to my questions and nobody can do it. I was trying to book for 9 people, 1 Accessible Balcony, 2 interior and 1 regular Balcony on the 7-Day Western Caribbean with Grand Cayman in July.

We had no problems with Royal Caribbean the last 2 years. Thought we would try a new cruise line and am now so disappointed.

I would like someone from your executive team contact me. My cruise is scheduled to be canceled on the 5th of August if final payment is not received. However my princess cruise planner Lynn Hart ext 41697 was not able to assist me. She recalls two credits due me as a result of 2020 cruise cancelations due to covid. At this time she only sees one. My phone number is 626-488-4101 please contact me before my cruise is cancelled booking number is 3LVN6W. By the way I waited over an hour to speak to a representative yesterday then I decided to call your corporate office spoke to receptionist who said was going to transfer me to a supervisor since Carla Ramos director Customer Service was no longer there, instead she transferred me back to your regular Customer Service line with recording saying wait is over 30 minutes.
