I have been a pricebuster’s customer for over 15 years. I order a memory foam mattress that came defective. I contacted the store immediately and it has been two weeks and I have gotten nowhere. All I have received was unprofessional responses from customer service which, I was told to email pictures and videos of the defective mattress. It is now going on 2 weeks. No one is trying to realize my problem. I feel like I am alone. That seem to not care after they have closed a sale. I need help!

Terrible, horrible customer service..my pillow was missing from my chaise order..and when I emailed they offered a dirty display pillow..I will be contacting the people

I got a bed set, a bunk bed and a table set, I was actually talked into the set and the table. I went in for the beds. They sure finessed the mess outta me. I get my furniture and the delivery guy noticed the table was broken. Did he take it back?? Nope! He claimed that I would get a replacement delivery soon. So I waited and nothing. Not to mention my dresser was broken too. So I call and the lady in the office says there is no order for redelivery. So I ask about getting a new one but does she say anything nope. I call a week later to complain and the guy says I have to email pricebusters and put in a (insert curse word) request. It’s. Been. Two. Weeks!!! Now I don’t want the table and they can have the dresser. Bad business!!

I just had a boatload of furniture delivered to my home. It was not explained to me that I had to put the furniture together myself. The sales people are such in a hurry to make a sell that it is not properly explained. And please do not tell me I signed a paper!!! I’m just upset because after purchase over $3000 in furnishings now I have to hire someone to put it together. This was not budgeted for at all!!

I need help a terrible mistake. I was accepted by Acima for $1000. I was online looking and found what I wanted. I put in my visa for 1st payment and it took the entire amount out of my visa not acima. I cant afford that…please help me switch it over..It was deceiving. I really need help (301)559-8952 home

I received recliner that my disabled son cannot use. Bought over phone. I tried emailing someone to call me. This recliner is a rocker. I just need to switch to stationary one. He has vertigo, anxiety n just relearning to walk. Chair is safety hazard, to big for me to get out of room. Please help us. I keep emailing. Stores and leasing not helping. Thank you so much.

Hello, I have been trying to reach out about the service I received at your store in Forestville, MD. We went there on Saturday, 11/26 to apply for credit. Was told we had to have an open bank acct for over a year, which we understood, we decided to just wait and come back. My brother received a call the next day from one of the supervisors (I believe her name was Beverly) telling him he can come in to pick out his furniture but when we got there the Rep we spoke to was telling us this is what came back to her of him being disapproved. We asked if we could speak to the supervisor who called him, she pointed her out. We went over to speak to her and her customer service was the worse I’ve ever seen especially with her being the manager/supervisor. When we told her she called for him to come back in, her response was, “I didn’t call nobody” she said it so nasty it made us look at her, well how did he know her name if she didn’t call him. I was so disturbed when we walked out of there, their customer service was the worse I have ever come across. Nobody was dressed properly they were just there, you barely get a hello out of them. I will never go back to that store ever again. A friend had told me not to go there how bad the service was, but I decided to go anyway cause it’s a little close to my home. I told her she was right they need to retrain them folks if that possible. We decided to just try another store . I hope you guys really reach out to train those folks, I’m not the only person who had a bad experience there.
