Where is Poshmark Corporate office Headquarters

I too am having trouble. Bought a pair of Converse and Poshmark rep Crystal from Redwood City, CA keeps closing my case. She never contacted the seller. Had she done so the seller would have told her “yes” in my returning the shoes. I did so within the 72 hour range and this Crystal person has strung this out for so many days now it’s past the 72 hours. I even told the seller I would pay for postage to return the shoes. So why is this Crystal person still sending these emails? I tried to contact corporate office today and all I got was a voicemail to send an email (like I have been doing several times) to contact support to resolve the issue. This is how Poshmark does business? I guess the BBB is my next step. I’ve never had this problem with EBay customer support.

So there’s 800 members, & not one can do their job correctly. As I have made several complaints to poshmark. I have been harassed by a lady on Poshmark I have blocked this lady as she continues to make nasty listings about me, & has her family (tinaorourke) to harass me as well, by coming onto my closet, & making rude comments! Bohogirly has 2 other accounts as well. She mistags things all the time. She tries to sell pottery barn items that are not pottery barn, & tries to get as much as possible out of knock off things. Looks like I will have to file a complaint with better business bureau about the harassment, & treatment I have been getting from poshmark sellers, & nothing being done about it.
